Small to no visible writing on the personalised glass

Hello,I ordered a personalised glass from Netflorist on the 16th of December.I was so disappointed when I received the glass because the name I requested was so small that one could even read what’s written on the glass,now I want to order a personalised gift again I’m scared that the same thing is going to happen,how can I be assured that the same mistake will not happen?
