Slowest service ever

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered at 8AM this morning.<br> <br> At 4PM I followed up on the progress of my order, I was told that the driver had only left 10min before ( 3:50PM )<br> <br> This really disappointed me as it was the first time I used the NetFlorist service.<br> <br> Such a big brand should really do better. <br> <br> I wont use this service again, and I wouldn't recommend it. <br> <br> Sort your s**t out guys
