Sloppy service from NetFlorist

Last Thursday I placed an order with NetFlorist and the arrangement was that the order would be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday, I remained home all day specifically for that delivery and it never happened! On Monday, I gave them a call and was informed that there was a problem with deliveries on Saturday, the parcel would be delivered on Thursday. Today is Thursday and I have received no delivery or explanation, I don't think there is an issue with delivery, because someone complaining about false advertising on this site received their delivery today
