Sloppy delivery service

I have always considered Netflorist as my go-to gift delivery service. However, I am utterly disappointed in the delivery service on my latest order with them. I ordered a birthday gift on the 24th of March to be delivered to a residence on the 25th. It took them the whole day to deliver, and even when I communicated that the recipient would only be at home till 5pm, they kept giving me their "we deliver till 8pm" speech. The fact that you deliver till 8pm, does not mean we have to wait till 8pm. The driver then finally communicates with the recipient and was told that they had left the residence and given the new location, just for the driver to hand the delivery over to another driver after 6pm, and not handing over that they had rescheduled the delivery location. The new driver still proceeds to the residence and hands over delivery to someone it was not intended for.
