Sloppy and unreliable

Late, late late...bla bla bla. Bad, sloppy unreliable service. Paid extra for fast delivery for my Husband's birthday ...birthday had come and gone with no netflorist delivery. I want a refund. They can have their parcel. No first or second time it has happened. But best believe this is the last time I use Netflorist!
