Shockingly unbelievably bad service. 1 star is too much.

Very embarrassed and unhappy client, reason being;

1) The delivery of halve the order did not go to the correct address 2) The person receiving the order was contacted saying that the delivery charge did not cover the delivery and was asked for an alternative address. 3) Halve the order was not delivered, the other half they said would be delivered on Monday (today is Friday the 16th, this order was made on the 6th of Sep) 4) We were not notified of any changes made in regards to delivery, if you say you're going to deliver on a specific date, and you have 10 days lead time, we expect delivery on the agreed upon date. Due to the Lack of communication we got no warning and no chance to make alternative arrangements.

The money paid for this order DEFINITELY did not make this transaction any easier. The Birthday surprise was spoilt due to the ineptitude of the couriers, again HALVE the order was not delivered.
