Shocking Valentines Day None Delivery

Very unprofessional and ********** conduct to say the least. I made an online purchase for a Valentines gift for my girlfriend and I received an email stating the delivery was successful on Saturday afternoon at 16:07, but my girlfriend received nothing. We both never received any phone calls from Netflorist on Saturday and all they did was make a false claim about the successful delivery.
