Shocking service today

I placed an order for delivery to and its already 5pm and the order has not been delivered ,do you expect the person to hang around waiting for the order after the office is closed ,iam really shocked at this level of Bad service ,I will no longer be using netflorist and I will tell everyone I know about the bad service I have experienced hopefully they will pass on the message
