SHOCKING SERVICE FROM NETFLORIST

Very, very disappointed with Netflorist.. Order a gift on 13 Feb to be delivered on Valentines. It was only delivered today 16 Feb, after many phone calls to Netflorist only to be told each time that it was out for delivery! For a company that specializes in gift delivery, this was shocking service. Seeing as I ordered a Hat box with chocs, I can only imagine the worst! Won't bother to order from them again.. they are not cheap at all only ordered because the "surprise" on the day is supposed to be special... but clearly not special if it is delivered 2 days after Valentines.
