Shocking service from netflorist

I ordered a rose bush on Monday 2 March for my daughter's birthday. The available delivery time was same day, but I chose Wednesday 4 March, giving them 2 days notice. Instead of letting me know immediately that they didn't have stock, they waited until 2pm the day before the birthday, where there is no possibility of me getting anything elsewhere. I will never use them again. (My receipt number***). To top it all I have to wait 7 days for my credit card to be refunded.
