Shocking service from Netflorist - *** - you should be ashamed of yourselves

I ordered some roses for my family for a really special occasion yesterday. Not only did they not receive the flowers - I had to contact then 24hours later - only to be told the florist did not have the flowers!!!!! Not a phone call to offer an alternative ... absolutely sweet NOTHING!!!! An occasion completely ruined by your shock service Netflorist!!!
