Shocking service from Netflorist

I had ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, with a same day delivery guarantee. The flowers were delivered a day later than promised, and when no one was at home on delivery, the bouquet was shoved through the razor wire of the perimeter, being damaged in the process and left without water for my mother to find. <br> <br> At no stage did she receive a call or any notification of what time the delivery would be, or that the delivery had arrived and there was no one home to sign for it. <br> <br> I consider this shocking service
