Shocking Service, expensive and just simply disappointing - think twice before using Netflorist

I just want to let people know, so they are not also disappointed. I ordered flowers on the 19th for the same day delivery. The flowers never arrived and I was not informed of any delivery changes or issues. I was called at 6:39am in the morning which in my opinion is also unacceptable and told that the delivery was attempted and no one was home yesterday, which is utter ******* as I was home and a new fresh bouquet would be delivered this morning, the flowers arrived at 4pm. I am even more upset that this was a surprise for my wife and she was also called at 6:30 in the morning and also received multiple SMS's regarding her flower delivery which is still not here. This is such bad service and no response from NetFlorist at all, even when talking to customer support online, no apology.
