Shocking service & empty promises

Having been a loyal Netflorist client for as long as their business has been operating, I will NEVER EVER use them again. They let me down so badly by not delivering a special gift on the recipient's birthday and had the audacity to lie to me saying it had been delivered. I called twice - both times the telesales person spun me a long story that the flowers were delivered ..... so unprofessional, such shocking service. I am done with Netflorist.
