Shocking service!

Absolutely shocking service! I have ordered many many times over the years and this will be my last. It is my grandmother's birthday today and she lives in Johannesburg while I am in CT. I placed an order of BIRTHDAY-specific flowers, on Friday, for delivery by the following Tuesday so she could receive them for her birthday. It is 3pm on Tuesday and they cannot tell me when the flowers will be delivered to her retirement village. The call centre agent said it could be up to 8pm. I specifically ordered well in advance to ensure that she gets them without an issue. What is the point in delivering someone's birthday gift so late? Never mind that no one will be awake at a retirement village at that time. They cannot contact the driver or assist me in any way to sort this out. I am shocked and so disappointed. Netflorist have lost a customer.
