Shocking service

NetFlorist...what a bunch of #$%#%...12 days late on order. Promises never kept...excuses from "they packed the wrong unit" to same day "they had no stock of what was ordered"...6 days after ordered...and when delivered then delivered short. Every day promises and no-one calls back with an answer. Previous order was delivered with wrong name on card (yes you read that correct) and Previous order also delivered late. Still waiting for refund from last order. Recipient gets calls that order was on the way when orders were never placed. This will be the last time using them...they have lost the reason why they are here, and why they need to be on there game...100% bad management
