SHOCKING Service and lies

I placed an order online on the 7 April 2016 for delivery on the 11 Apri 2016. I called them around 10am & was adv that the florist is still waiting on supplier to deliver, I called again after 1pm & was adv that the driver is out on delivery, I called again around 3pm & was advised that the flowers was delivered. I called back again to inquire who signed for the delivery as nobody was home @ the time and I was advised they will make a final delivery before 17h30. I received a message from my mom @ 17h44 advising that she received a call from a neighbor who just got back from work, the flowers was left in front of the neighbor's door? And then I get this email this morning:<br> <br> Hi Feroza,<br> <br> We've been looking into our magic ball and predict that Shariefa Spandiel is going to contact you shortly to sing your praises because your gift *** has arrived at its final destination. <br> <br> It was delivered today (today (11 Apr 2016)) at 09:24 and was signed for by Shariefa Spandiel.<br> <br> What was supposed to be a beautiful surprise for my mom's birthday turned into an absolute nightmare & my mom says that the arrangement didn't even look nice & smelt funny?
