Shocking service and delivery by NETFLORIST

Ordered flowers and a gift on 28/01/2022 , to be delivered on 03/02/2022 The delivery has to date not been done and the special occasion that it was meant for has long been overdue. After several follow ups , the only answer i could get from them was that they cannot guarantee their delivery times and dates This is shocking service and unacceptable since my order was placed well in advance in order to make sure that the occasion is celebrated in the manner it should have been .
