Shocking service

Netflorist service is SO bad. I don’t understand why we keep doing this to ourselves for gifts for people. Parcels get delivered SO late even if we’ve placed an order 2 days prior. I just called the call center and the guy told me- well ma’am, our terms and conditions state the item can be delivered up until 8pm- we can’t guarantee anything.
