Shocking service

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service! They claim same day delivery which is just false. I tried ordering flowers and personalized chocolates but was then told by an agent some other their items has a two day turn around time and it’s stated on their site. Utter *******! I checked on the site and I couldn’t see anything. If it in fact is there then it’s not clear enough for one to see. Proper advertising bull****. Now a loved one of mine won’t receive their birthday gift on their birthday thanks to Netflorist. I will never use them ever again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to either.

Seriously frustrated and disappointed customer.
