Shocking service.

So i make an order this morning for a gift to my wife at work order number ***. Get told they will try get it there before 4PM by "Hope" before she leaves work. Then get told by someone else by 5PM who was extreamly rude and arrogant. So TO TOP IT OFF my poor wife waits an hour 12min for them. I phoned again no one can give me an answer then on a reply on the website by "HOPE" - To get told and I quote......."We cannot really advise by when the driver will make the delivery." Also get told this "Please note that even my manager will advise the same thing, we are unable to contact our drivers while they are out with the load, and as they use their apps to make the deliveries, we cannot advise as well where they currently Re or how long it will take to deliver a certain gift." I most say the inconvenience and *********** of this company giving laim excuses without having a proper system that works or planing there deliveries to accommodate the customer's is shocking and unexseptable.

I will not support them again they over priced and don't even go out there way.
