i ordered flowers for valentines day paid and phoned day before delivery to change delivery address from work to home, consultant assured me address had been confirmed and flowers would be delivered to new address. well I got confirmation that goods were delivered to original address w3hich means that the useless piece of ******* who took my call did not do her job. I have used netflorist extensively but will never ever use them again. when I phoned in to report the matter was told by Ryan there is nothing they can do.
