Shocking Service

2nd year in a row where there a delivery problems. Order 09/02/2024 for delivery 16/02/2024. No delivery, no notice, nothing, called in and call centre just want to get you of the phone as quickly as possible. Will not use again. Now need to wait 5 working days for refund but their system still show orders(cancelled with call centre on system) pending.
