Shocking service!!!

Ordered and paid for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered on the 28th of February to drs rooms. When I raised an enquiry the next day they said they’ll deliver on the 1st as drs rooms was closed(17:30) Then they “delivered and signed” a delivery on the 1st at the drs rooms which closes @ 16:00, but they “delivered” at 17:30 again. My friend never signed or received the package! What a waste of R450.
