Shocking service!!!

What horrible service from Netflorist. I will not recommend them to anyone. I called the call centre just after 11:30am spoke to Adriaan after the date on the app was not accepted. She put me on hold and after 20 minutes i had to drop the line. This was for a friend who has lost her husband. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
