Shocking service

Shocking service order number ********** 42, I ordered strawberry and chocolate for valintines day, only to get a message the delivery will be done on the 13th Feb, I called in and told them to deliver on 14th Feb, waited till 17:00on 14th, no delivery, I then cancelled the order, at 17:30 the courier come to my house with the same strawberry and chocolate from the 13th (box looked like it was in a soccer match) told them to take it back, I cancelled my order on the 14th Feb, I called in twice after that and was told to wait 10days, like I supposed to know, wait ten days call in today only now to be told the refund has not been done, now must wait a further ten days, absolutely terrible service, will never deal with Harold and netflorist ever again
