Shocking service

This has been the worst Valentine’s Day thanks to netflorist On monday I orderd flowers vor my wif as we are far from each othere I specifically asked the to deliver before 17:00 pm to her work to surprise her. When it was not there at 16:30 I phoned her and told her about the surprise and that she must please wait for them. SHE WAITED FOR THEM TILL 20:00 and they never showed up so I told her to go home. Just got email saying they could not deliver the flowers. Thanks for nothing absolutely shocking service will never use them again
