SHOCKING SERVICE !!!!!

WORST EXPIERENCE TO DATE !!!!<br> <br> I ordered flowers on Monday 04/05/2015 at 09:44am to be delivered on the same day before 14:30. At around 11:00am I logged onto NetFlorist to track my order, and it stated that the \order item out for delivery". Nothing was delivered on Monday 04/05/2015.<br> <br> I assumed that it should then certainly be part of the first deliveries of Tuesday 05/05/2015. At around 13:00 I call NetFlorist with my order number (***) and they informed me that the order was on its way. The operator confirmed that the delivery had to be made before 14:30. I proceeded to complaint that the delivery was not made on the time and date requested"
