SHOCKING SERVICE

This is the worst service i have received EVER. I placed an order on Monday 11/05/2020 for delivery on 17/05/2020 (ONE WEEK BEFORE DELIVERY THE ORDER WAS PLACED). On the day of delivery, the web site does not show any updates to the order and i cannot get hold of anyone on the phone as it just goes to an answering machine. on Monday the 18/05/2020 at 07:45am i called and spoke to a guy who advised there was an issue and would ensure the order is delivered as soon as possible on the 18/05/2020. To no surprise at 15:00 i called again as no delivery had taken place. I get told it is on the delivery sheet for today and will still be delivered today. GUESS WHAT!!!! at 16:15 i get an email to say that it wont be delivered today and will go out soon, no date just soon...…. So i called and spoke to a supervisor who did what...….wait for it...… ABSOLUTLY NOTHING. all i got from the supervisor was sorry i can see you had a rough ride it will be delivered tomorrow, when i said that is not acceptable, then i got asked for my banking details and advised a full refund will be processed. THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!
