Shocking quality and shocking, dismissive service!

Purchased a Bible Case from NetFlorist. The quality of the item is shocking, looking like something purchased at a discount store. I pointed out the pic is the incorrect way around, the handle should be on the other side. I was simply told that that is how it is shown on the website. I realise that it is how it is shown on the site, however, one opens a book to the left. The way it is printed is as if you open a book from the back. My worst issue is truly the quality - when I complained, I was told it was STANDARD QUALITY. Definitely a LOW standard!!!! When I put this review onto the product on the site - it NEVER appeared, but ironically two positive views are now there when before there were never any reviews!
