Shocking non delivery

<p>I ordered birthday donuts for my daughter for the 31st Of October we even called to confirm the order and they said it was all fine only to get a call on the friday (to late to order at any other place!) to say they do not deliver cakes on a Monday. Nothing in the T &C's. Woman on the phone very blaze and clearly doesn't care. Trying to call them but just on hold</p>
