Shocking experience

Hi There What an absolutely shocking experience we have had online. I tried to put an order in 4 or 5 times and everytime i get to the main adress page it shows that there is an error. Surely your IT guys can highlight where you have gone wrong especially when its actually cause your items are out of stock. Secondly you send a mail with a voucher and then I put it in it says it cant be used on item bought....really then dont send it. . Your IT department need to make this experience an easier one and believe me to bring up a dialogue box saying item out of stock is not rocket science. I have also sent a mail 2x already and still no response or apology.
