Shocking Delivery - Valentine & other times

This is the 3rd time that Netflorist never delivered on time when I stated and all times they were especially very important that the recipient receive the order when requested - latest was yesterday 14 February as it was for Valentines Day and received message that order was on its way and never EVER received it - SHOCKING
