SHOCKING DELAYED DELIVERY

I am absolutely disgusted at the service with regard to this delivery. Your driver took 45 minutes to find my brother’s house - it is less than 1km from the security entrance gate – and then was sitting in his vehicle waiting for my sick brother to come out of the house to collect this gift. So lazy. This should have been delivered by midday on Thursday 13th at the very latest. SEVENTY-TWO HOURS to deliver this gift is SHOCKING!!

Your agents have been very apologetic but in my opinion, this should never have happened.

What is HAROLD going to do about this??????????????????????
