Shocking customer service and faulty order

Firstly, Netflorist's slogan 100% customer satisfaction guarantee is complete BS.<br> <br> I arranged a birthday gift package for my Girlfriend. the package was delivered on time but WITHOUT the birthday balloon as it was described on the website. I phoned and asked why and they simply said \the driver must have forgotten it\". I said that's unacceptable and all they offered was to deliver a Birthday balloon the following day (after her actual birthday). I refused the embarrassing offer and all they could offer me was an insignificant R69.00 voucher which I will never use anyway as I will never be dealing with them again.<br> <br> I know that people make mistakes sometimes and forget things but the manner in which the complaint was dealt with was appalling. As a consequence they have lost a long standing customer. I will use InterFlora from now on, they know a little more about what customer satisfaction is. "
