Shocking customer service

I placed an order during level 3 lockdown which included a bottle of wine. There was no indication on their website indicating that they cannot deliver the wine. When I suggested that they highlight problems around wine delivery like so many other websites do I received a very terse response. I have also make repeated attempts to have to order fulfilled/completed without satisfactory resolve - they now simply don't even bother to respond to my emails.

I will make use of alternative suppliers in the future
