Shocking customer service

I am very unhappy with the service. I requested next day delivery for an occasion however it is after 5pm and still no delivery even though I marked Business adress. The only response I get is that they deliver until 7pm. Which Business besides a retail store or restaurant in SA is open after 5pm. I would not use them ever again as they seem to not care at all about service or meeting the expectations of their clients especially as they would be used for special occasions ie birthday, anniversary etc. who wants their surprise gift after the fact. I paid for a service which I have not received and no assistance to try and resolve. Shocking and very disappointing
