SHOCKING

I ordered and paid via eft for delivery of flowers for my grans 80th birthday well in advance. I call today to ask why mine didn't arrive with my other orders.

My order was nowhere to be found because the woman who processes orders hasn't gotten to it. So it was cancelled.

Shocking service. Shocking. Ruined my surprise for my grandmothers 80th.

I call back and I've been waiting for someone answer for an hour.

Disgusting. Never ever will i order from here again
