shocking

<p>Ordered flowers for my mom for Christmas, they delivered know the 24th only what can be described as disgraceful (can't even call them flowers they were so bad, the so called message was ripped piece of paper with a small right bless on it and no message. I called them 3 times on the 24th and held on each time ever for over 25 min, I then emailed them 4 times and have yet to get some response. Not the first time I have had this with netflorist, but certainly the last time I will use them.....</p>
