Shocking !!!!

Sent a gift of munchies and mixed roses with a balloon to a friend on her birthday on the 10th August 2021. The munchies were delivered to her without a message or who it came from and apparantly not gift wrapped but just thrown in a box . When I called her the next day she told me that she received the munchies and flowers and a balloon from her son (also a Netflorist order) . My order of mixed roses and the balloon was not delivered. When I called Netflorist , they told me that the security guard at her complex signed for a balloon and flowers BUT this was not for my balloon and mixed roses. I paid about R550 for this. I have been trying since the 10th August to sort this out with Netflorist , to no avail. I have sent a long email trail . Every time I call, they say they are sorting it out. Never ever again will I ever use Netflorist. They ruined a surprise gift for my friend. I spent R 1 200 on that order. Complete waste of money . No service at all from these people and shoddy service delivery . Do not waste your money with them.
