Shocked and Disappointed

I purchased a NETFLORIST voucher on Wednesday via capitec app they deducted my money but never sent the voucher. I emailed them to enquire but no one explained to me as to why I didnt receive the voucher they just told me they are unable to gurantee when will they send the voucher.
