Good day, I ordered bouquet with balloons, etc. for my grandmother's birthday and guess what - YOU NEVER DELIVERED!!!!! What kind of company does that to an old lady?!?!??? Your service is appalling... no wonder you advertise to much, it is because you have to attract new customers as the one's who have ordered from you before don't return due to ****TY service. Anybody looking for reviews on netflorist - Do NOT use them, rather go for the small florists as they actually deliver the goods, offer customer feedback and actually care about what they do!!! Can you imagine how disappointed my gran was... I told her when the delivery would come, she stayed at home on her birthday to wait and NOTHING CAME!!! DISGUSTING, buyers beware!!!!
