Placed an order to be delivered on 12Feb, contacted Netflorist twice to follow up.the first person i spoke to said they dont do any delivery's after 5 so i should expect it before that time. I phoned again at 5 to be told that the last time of delivery was 6, the person already left the office at 5 so i made arrangements and i waited at the office from 5 up until 6. No phone calls was received notifing late delivery at all this is unacceptible your service is pathetic!!! I WANT A REFUND!!
