Flowers ordered to be delivered on the day of a special occasion, being the 14th April, did not happen. NetFlorist indicates on its website, that it would meet its commitment to deliver flowers on the day requested. Tracking the order showed, that the flowers had been released. Furthermore, NetFlorist’s advertising discloses, that its business is available 24/7. NetFlorist’s telephone system, and chat box, highlight to the contrary. I am highly disappointed, that NetFlorist did not meet its commitment. Where the core of NetFlorist’s business is deadline oriented, it should ensure its reliability.
