**** SERVICE - WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN

Unfortunately they are not even worthy of 1 star. I placed an order this morning for same day delivery, only to be advised they do not have stock of what I ordered and needed to substitute item - to which I agreed, at this point there's nothing much I can do. At 1pm it was out out delivery - it is now 4pm and order hasn't been delivered. So much for making someone's day special. **** SERVICE.
