Service sucks Horrible

I completely have no idea what made your service delivery change, Totally ***********, I ordered a personalized gift,then got an E-mail that it will be delivered on the 25th, then it never got delivered ,and then i receive an E-mail saying that the gift was signed for by the relevant person on the 26th at 11:26, then to my surprise i receive another E-mail saying that the gift was signed for at 16:16 by the relevant person again, as if the deceit was not enough on the 27th i received another E-mail saying that there was an error with your systems the initial personalization name got lost, and that i should send the name ASAP and that the gift will be sent on the 28th, as if that was not enough now all of a sudden the gift has been sent it was all a misunderstanding mean while the person never even received anything from NETFLORIST, It was Definitely my last purchase from you guys, I'm very dissapointed to say the least
