SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a sameday delivery! and was not achieved when querying it they advised no one was home but it was not a home delivery but a business delivery. they advised that deliveries take place between 8 and 5pm and they were at the office until 5:30pm and NetFlorist never made the delivery. Their communication SUCKS! they should not be doing samedays if they can not do it!!! this is a joke and try even get hold of a manager they always in a meeting!!!! Im not happy with their service and think they need to improve this ASAP! a manager better call me pretty soon!!!
