Service seriously lacking

Had flowers delivered on Friday 12 December 2025 by Sunday had to throw it out. Spoke to Rita Kanye at the call centre. What an extremely rude and unprofessional person showed no interest. All she kept on saying was that I missed the 48 hour deadline to lodge a complaint. Please send her for training so she can be taught to show some interest. In good conscience cannot recommend Netflorist.
