Service non existing

I have never dealt with a more *********** company than Netflorist....You are absolutely pathetic and useless. I have placed an same day delivery order at round about 11:15 for Friday 15/11/2019. There was clear instructions regarding the order that clearly stipulate that should the recipient not be there to take delivery of the parcel, then the parcel is to be delivered to myself of which I was less than a km away from the original delivery address. The *********** driver for the delivery DID NOT even have the bladdy decency to contact me on my cell as per clear instructions on the system re the delivery. I had to bladdy phone 5 bladdy times wasting my free minutes to find out were the delivery is and every bladdy time I got a different answer. Your useless manager on duty for Friday 15/11/2019 does not even have the decency to phone me back after I have requested to speak to him or her many a times, but yet again the no care lack attitude from yourself is not a surprise. You are very quick to take money from the clients, but your service is absolutely beyond shocking. You may as well just close your doors. I would not recommend this company ever for anything....I insist that the CEO of this company give me a call...........You have left a serious bad taste in my mouth!!!!!!!!!
