SERVICE is STILL AS AWFUL!

Like many of us, we opt for the online purchasing - for the convenience among other things.. Some sites, I leave feeling, well 100% certain that I would return, while others leave me feeling gravely disappointed!

NETFLORIST is most definitely ranked on the top 3 of Gravely Disappointed.

Not only did they not hold their commitment of same day delivery as I've opted and paid for but they were "courteous" enough to send me an email at 16:30 that afternoon, that it was not delivered..

I spent some time reading their "about us" story and well one peaked my interest.. "Grumpy? Sleepy? Dopey? Well either way, if you aren't happy, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee." I suggest you remove this.. because this is not the first time you have disappointed me.. it was years since my last purchase with you and well SERVICE is STILL AS AWFUL!
